Bitget Expands Proof of Reserves (PoR) to 19 Assets with September 2026 Update (Issue No. 46)

Bitget has released its September 2026 Proof of Reserves, marking the 46th PoR update since the program was launched in December 2022.

 

For the latest update, the total reserve ratio was 135%. The latest reserve ratios are as follows:

 

As part of its ongoing commitment to transparency and verifiability, Bitget has expanded its Proof of Reserves coverage from 4 assets to 19 assets, providing users with broader visibility into the reserves backing assets held on the platform.

 

To ensure the safety of users' assets, Bitget introduced the Proof of Reserves in December 2022. Data is updated every month to maintain a reserve ratio of at least 1:1 for the user's assets.

Users can verify their assets on Bitget using the open-source verification tool called MerkleValidator, available on GitHub.

 

In addition to the Proof of Reserves, Bitget has established a Protection Fund  to provide an additional layer of protection for user assets. The fund initially had a size of US$300 million, and Bitget is committed to maintaining the fund's valuation above US$300 million.
