2026-08-14 07:001588

We are launching a BGBTC subscription quota promotion on August 18 at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). This promotion offers two key benefits: exclusive subscription quota for existing BTC holders and tiered subscription quota based on net increases in BTC holdings. Eligible users who are unable to fully use their subscription quota will also receive 2% Simple Earn APR vouchers. There are two ways to participate, depending on whether  you already hold BTC or increase your net BTC holdings during the promotion. Choose the option that applies to you.

Activity 1: Exclusive subscription quota for existing BTC holders (first come, first served)

Subscription opens on August 18 at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). Users whose average daily BTC holdings during the 30 days before the promotion (July 18, 12:00 AM – August 17, 12:00 AM, UTC+8) meet the applicable tier will receive a fixed BGBTC subscription quota based on that tier. Average daily BTC holdings are calculated over this fixed historical period as the sum of daily snapshot holdings ÷ 30 days, rather than based on the account balance at a specific point in time. Subscription quota is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota pool is exhausted. If you qualify for multiple tiers, only the highest applicable tier will apply. For example, if your 30-day average daily holdings are 20 BTC, you will receive a 5 BGBTC subscription quota rather than a cumulative quota of 0.2 + 2 + 5 BGBTC. Activity 1 and Activity 2 subscription quotas can be received simultaneously.

* Activity 1 is open to all users with existing BTC holdings. No registration is required. The Activity 1 quota pool accounts for 30% of the total additional BGBTC subscription quota available in this promotion. Quota will be allocated based on subscription order on a first-come, first-served basis. The quota for each tier is fixed and will not be reduced proportionally based on the number of participants. Eligibility applies only to this promotion and will be recalculated for future BGBTC subscription quota promotions.

Activity 2: Tiered subscription quota based on net increases in BTC holdings (higher quota, first come, first served)
Activity 1 and Activity 2 subscription quotas can be received simultaneously.
During the promotion, your average daily BTC holdings during the promotion period will be compared with your average daily BTC holdings during the reference period. If your net increase meets an applicable tier, you will receive a BGBTC subscription quota calculated using the corresponding conversion rate. Your subscription quota increases with your net increase in BTC holdings and may exceed the fixed quota available under Activity 1. Net increases will be calculated after the promotion ends. Subscription will open on September 2 at 10:00 PM (UTC+8) on a first-come, first-served basis.

How is the quota calculated?
Step 1: Calculate your average daily holdings during the promotion period—From August 18, 12:00 AM to September 1, 12:00 AM (UTC+8): Average daily holdings = sum of daily snapshot holdings ÷ 14 days
Step 2: Calculate your average daily holdings during the reference period—From August 4, 12:00 AM to August 18, 12:00 AM (UTC+8), using the same calculation method as in Step 1.
Step 3: Calculate your net increase in holdings—Net increase in holdings = average daily holdings during the promotion period − average daily holdings during the reference period

≥1
20%
≥5
30%
≥10
50%

Step 4: BGBTC subscription quota = (average daily holdings during the promotion period − average daily holdings during the reference period) × conversion rate
The maximum Activity 2 subscription quota per user is 100 BGBTC.

Example: User A had average daily holdings of 2 BTC during the reference period and increased their average daily holdings to 4 BTC during the promotion period. The net increase of 2 BTC falls into the ≥1 BTC tier, so the 20% conversion rate applies. User A's subscription quota is therefore: (4 − 2) × 20% = 0.4 BGBTC
* Activity 2 is open to all users with existing BTC holdings. No registration is required. Eligibility and quota will be calculated after the promotion period ends. The Activity 2 quota pool accounts for 70% of the total additional BGBTC subscription quota available in this promotion. Users may participate in both Activity 1 and Activity 2. Activity 2 subscription quota is calculated independently for each promotion round and does not accumulate across rounds.

Rules for carrying forward unused subscription quota: If you are unable to fully use your Activity 2 subscription quota during this promotion, the unused portion may be carried forward to the next subscription round.

Eligible for carry-forward
• You have unused Activity 2 subscription quota from this round.
• Your average daily BTC holdings do not decrease before the next subscription round opens. Holdings will be compared to two decimal places with no tolerance for decreases.
• BTC used to subscribe to BGBTC during this promotion will not be treated as a decrease in holdings.
Ineligible for carry-forward
• Your holdings decrease due to withdrawals.
• Your holdings decrease due to outbound transfers.
• Your holdings decrease due to subscriptions to products other than BGBTC.
Carry-forward period
• Unused quota will be carried forward until the next subscription round opens.
• Any increase in holdings during the carry-forward period will not increase the carried-forward quota. Such increases will be calculated separately under the rules of the next promotion round.
You can carry forward your unused subscription quota and receive the Activity 3 APR voucher for the same unused amount. The two benefits do not conflict.

Example: User C received a subscription quota of 2 BGBTC from Activity 2 and successfully subscribed to 1 BGBTC, using 1 BTC. The remaining 1 BGBTC subscription quota was unused. Because the 1 BTC reduction resulted from the BGBTC subscription, it will not be treated as a decrease in holdings. User C can therefore carry forward the remaining 1 BGBTC subscription quota to the next subscription round. User D held 10 BTC during the promotion and an unused subscription quota of 0.5 BGBTC. If User D's BTC holdings subsequently decrease to 8 BTC due to a withdrawal rather than a BGBTC subscription, the remaining 0.5 BGBTC subscription quota will be forfeited when the next subscription round opens, and eligibility will be recalculated.

Activity 3: Simple Earn APR voucher for unused quota from net increases in BTC holdings

Users whose position growth during the activity period reaches ≥1 BTC (meeting the Activity 2 requirement and obtaining a BGBTC subscription allocation), but who are unable to fully subscribe because the Activity 2 BGBTC allocation pool has been exhausted, may receive a Savings Plan 7-Day Rate Boost Voucher (+2% APR) for the unsubscribed shortfall portion. The maximum principal amount eligible for the voucher is tiered based on the range in which the unsubscribed shortfall falls:

Unsubscribed Shortfall (BGBTC) Maximum Voucher-Eligible Principal (BTC)
>0.2 – 1 BGBTC 1 BTC
>1 – 5 BGBTC 5 BTC
>5 – 20 BGBTC 20 BTC
>20 BGBTC 50 BTC

Vouchers will be credited by September 4 and must be used within 30 days of crediting, after which they expire. The maximum voucher-eligible principal represents the highest usable amount for that tier — the principal a user can actually apply the rate boost to is still capped by their own Savings Plan BTC holdings. In other words, if a user's Savings Plan principal is below the tier's cap, the rate boost only applies to their actual holdings, and any amount above that generates no additional yield. The same shortfall can still be carried over to the next subscription round under the carry-over rules, and the two benefits may be enjoyed simultaneously without conflict.

Example: User B had an average daily position of 5 BTC during the reference period, which rose to 7 BTC during the campaign period — a growth of 2 BTC, falling into the ≥1 tier, eligible for the 20% conversion rate, giving a theoretical conversion allocation of (7-5) × 20% = 0.4 BGBTC. Because the new BGBTC subscription allocation pool had already been exhausted, User B was unable to subscribe to this 0.4 BGBTC (unsubscribed shortfall = 0.4 BGBTC), and falls into the "0.2-1" range, making them eligible for a Savings Plan 7-Day Rate Boost Voucher (principal cap of 1 BTC, +2% APR), to be credited by September 4 and used within 30 days of crediting. If User B's actual Savings Plan holdings are only 0.6 BTC, the rate boost applies only to that 0.6 BTC. This 0.4 BGBTC shortfall can also be carried over to the next subscription round under the carry-over rules (both benefits apply simultaneously).
