Mana Remittance Limited ("MRL", NZBN 9429053372291, FSP1011615) is a company registered on New Zealand's Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) and is a member of the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman (IFSO) Scheme.

We have become aware of third-party media reports describing "Bitget" as having registered as a Financial Services Provider in New Zealand, and suggesting that Bitget has joined the IFSO dispute resolution scheme. To avoid any misunderstanding, we wish to clarify the following:

1. The registered entity is MRL, not the Bitget Group. The FSPR registration (FSP1011615) and IFSO Scheme membership belong solely to Mana Remittance Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand — not to "Bitget," the global cryptocurrency exchange brand. The Bitget Group (including its offshore exchange operations) is not registered as a financial service provider in New Zealand and is not a member of the IFSO Scheme.
2. Scope of services. MRL's services are limited to the specific categories registered on the FSPR (please refer to the FSPR website and search FSP1011615 for details). MRL does not provide cryptocurrency exchange services, and does not accept any New Zealand regulatory responsibility for cryptocurrency trading, derivatives trading, or other activities conducted on Bitget's global exchange platform.

If you have a concern relating to the Bitget global exchange platform (including cryptocurrency trading, account access, or withdrawals), please contact Bitget's official customer support channels. Such matters fall outside the scope of the IFSO Scheme.

In the event of any inconsistency between this notice and any other information, statement, or publication (including third-party media reports), this notice shall prevail.
