Bitget will launch USDT-M Futures in multi-asset mode to better meet user needs and enhance the trading experience.
After the launch, all users will be able to transfer coins supported by the USDT-M Futures in multi-asset mode to USDT-M Futures. The transferred coins can be viewed under "Assets", and can be freely transferred out. The feature is currently in the beta testing stage. If you are interested, you can apply for inclusion on the whitelist. A separate announcement will be made regarding the public release. Stay tuned!
What is the USDT-M Futures in multi-asset mode?
Under the USDT-M Futures in multi-asset mode, users can use non-USDT coins as margin for trading USDT-M Futures. Currently, the supported coins includes USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, PEPE, USDC, and BGB. Stay tuned for future updates on any changes.
Advantages of the multi-assets mode
The multi-asset mode is suitable for users who hold non-USDT coins and wish to trade USDT-M Futures. For example, if you hold a large amount of BTC and are optimistic about its future value but also want to trade USDT-M Futures, you can transfer BTC into your USDT-M Futures account as margin. This eliminates the need to convert your BTC holdings into USDT, thereby enhancing the utilization of your funds.
