The event covers four main types of transactions: transfer of exploration and mining rights as well as exploration and development cooperation; equity transactions of mining companies and their affiliated projects; trading and cooperation in mineral product spot, futures, and related portfolios, as well as exploration and mining machinery equipment and related materials; and cooperation in geological exploration, mining engineering, mining and beneficiation technology, professional consulting, and trading of mining-related elements. Transaction methods include independent negotiation, entrusted competition, targeted matchmaking, and exclusive negotiation, among others.
