According to reports, SK Hynix's long-term supply agreement does not set a price cap.
Golden Ten Data reported on July 1 that SK Hynix has recently signed long-term supply agreements (LTA) with customers using a unique contract structure with no price cap, differing from its competitors. This move breaks the traditional long-term pricing model in the semiconductor memory market, effectively avoiding the loss of soaring profits during periods of supply shortages caused by price ceilings.
