Cantor Fitzgerald: Optimistic about the recovery of MSTR and BTC correlation; STRC is key to restarting the capital engine
According to Odaily, Wall Street investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald stated that whether Strategy can restart its capital expansion cycle depends on restoring its preferred stock, STRC, back to the $100 par value level. The bank pointed out that repairing the STRC price is the core prerequisite for restarting the company's Bitcoin (Bitcoin) accumulation “capital engine” and will help stabilize the overall capital structure. After meeting with Executive Chairman Michael Saylor, Cantor Fitzgerald expressed greater confidence in management's plan to stabilize the balance sheet and restore financing capability. In the current market, STRC is trading at about $87.79; Strategy’s share price dropped 3.4% to $97.34, and the Bitcoin price is around $61,800. Cantor believes that STRC is the fundamental tool of Strategy’s financing system; its recovery will allow both preferred and common shares to benefit simultaneously and further strengthen the company’s ability to continue increasing its Bitcoin holdings. Currently, Strategy has already raised about $216 million through Bitcoin sales to fund preferred stock dividends and expects to continue increasing its cash reserves to support dividend stability.
