Resisting the sell-off in the US aerospace sector! DPC Holdings (DPC.US) surged 42% on its first trading day, with an IPO price of $33 per share, exceeding expectations.
The company issued 27.9 million shares at a price of $33 per share, raising a total of $919 million, with the offering priced above the previously expected range of $28–32. The number of shares issued is 4.5 million more than originally planned. In addition, the company raised an extra $144 million through private placements to certain existing shareholders and the Qatar Investment Authority.
