ChainCatcher news, according to the H100 official announcement, Sweden's first publicly listed Bitcoin reserve company H100 received shareholder approval for all resolutions at its annual general meeting, including authorization to issue and acquire consideration shares related to Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS. Upon completion of this transaction, H100’s Bitcoin reserves will increase from 1,051 to approximately 3,500.
