SK Hynix Sets ADR Reference Price at 242,500 KRW/Share (Approx. $158), Slightly Lower than Previous Plan
On July 6, SK Hynix submitted a revised document to the U.S. SEC, setting the reference price for its ADR issuance at 242,500 KRW per share, with the recent exchange rate benchmark at approximately $158.15 per share. The estimated fundraising scale based on this calculation is about 43.14 trillion KRW (approximately $28 billion). This represents a slight decrease from the previous plan. Earlier, the reference price in the F-1 registration document was based on the closing price of 2,555,000 KRW per share on June 23, corresponding to an estimated fundraising scale of about 45.45 trillion KRW (approximately $29 billion).
