Glonghui, June 26 — According to a research report by China Industrial Securities, Micron Technology is promoting the implementation of long-term agreements, and the supply-demand gap is expected to persist. Micron Technology has completed 16 SCA (Strategic Customer Collaboration Agreements) with clients, covering data centers, consumer electronics, and the automotive market downstream. Among these SCAs, automotive clients signed for three years, while most other clients signed for five years. The 16 SCAs already account for 20% of Micron's DRAM shipments and one third of its NAND shipments. The lower limit of the price range in the SCAs signed by Micron can also deliver profitability exceeding the previous cycle's peak. Micron expects DRAM and NAND supply to remain tight into 2027. China Industrial Securities believes that the supply in the storage industry will likely remain tight, and Micron Technology is expected to maintain high profitability.
