Reportedly, Toyota most likely completed this clearance through a block trade. As of the end of March this year, Toyota held about 70.4 million shares of MS&AD Insurance. This sale is also part of Toyota’s broader plan to accelerate the unwinding and cleanup of its cross-shareholdings.
