USDGO Value Protection Mechanism
- Suspension, lock-up, or restriction of redemptions of underlying funds;
- Significant decline in the net asset value of underlying funds;
- Insolvency, bankruptcy, or liquidation of underlying funds or their custodians;
- Permanent loss of tokenized assets due to systemic issues such as security vulnerabilities, hacker attacks, etc.;
- Regulatory actions, sanctions, or legal restrictions against underlying funds; or
- Other force majeure events that fundamentally affect the value or liquidity of underlying assets.
