Notes:

  1. The benchmark annualized interest rate is subject to adjustment based on market conditions and will take effect on the 1st day of each month. If there is any adjustment, Bitget will notify you by the 15th of the preceding month.
  2. Within a calendar month, if you meet or exceed the designated interest-free target in either direction (Maker or Taker) for spot or futures trading, you will be eligible for interest-free benefits for the corresponding loan tier. Achieving multiple targets does not entitle the account to additional benefits beyond those offered for the applicable loan tier.
  3. For multiple additional institutional loan orders, the corresponding loans will be assessed on a consolidated basis.
  4. Any trading volume derived from 0-fee trading pairs will not be included in the calculation of your trading volume.
  5. BTC can only be borrowed in multiples of 5, and ETH can only be borrowed in multiples of 50. The monthly trading volume assessment will be calculated based on the number of multiples you borrow.
    For example, the monthly spot maker requirement for a 100 BTC loan should be (100 BTC/5 BTC) * 12M = 240M USDT.
  6. Loan Recovery: Bitget reserves the right to recover the institutional loan if the client fails to meet the interest-free target criteria for three consecutive months.
  7. Bitget reserves the right of final interpretation of the above rules. For further details, please consult your account manager.
