This delay is attributed to the ongoing preparation for the revision and launch of the dual investment function, as the system is currently in a short transition period where occasional adjustments to disbursement progress may occur.
We are now making every effort to optimize system processes. Once the system transition is fully completed and all processes are formally operational, the arrival time for dual investment disbursements will be further optimized to between 16:00 and 18:00 daily, delivering a more efficient and stable service experience.
