It is safe to pay the merchant as digital assets will be locked in the platform's wallet throughout the transaction. If the seller fails to release their assets within 10 minutes after your payment, you can submit an appeal and our customer support team will assist you.

After making the payment, click the Paid button. You will receive the assets after the merchant confirms that the payment has been received.

1. To avoid payment interception or the freezing of your card, please don't leave any message containing BTC/USDT/Bitget, etc. in the remarks during transfers. For any delayed payment due to the above reason, the Seller may choose to refuse the transaction.

2. Please don't transfer via a bank card under a name that does not match the verified name on Bitget, otherwise the seller may refuse the transaction and appeal.

3. During holidays or after 5 PM on business days, payments larger than 50,000 CNY may not be able to arrive at the recipient's bank account in time. Make your payment in batches to ensure prompt arrival, otherwise the merchant may refuse the transaction.
