Deposits from exchanges to Bitget Wallet wallet did not arrive
Coins have not arrived
First, the path from the exchange deposit to the wallet is:
Exchange account - block confirmation - wallet account
If the Bitget Wallet (Previously Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep)) deposit from the exchange does not arrive, please follow the steps below to check:
1）Confirm whether the exchange/centralized wallet transfers money to the withdrawal address. If a transfer is initiated, a transaction hash will be generated, and the user can use the transaction hash to confirm whether the transfer has been initiated. If the transaction hash has been generated, you can copy the transaction hash and view it on the chain. If it has not been generated, please consult the customer service of the exchange.
2）Check the transaction details on the chain. Due to network congestion or the gas fee setting is too low, there may be Pending or Fail, indicating that the transaction has not been completed. At this time, please wait patiently for the block to package your transaction, or consult the exchange customer service request. Reverse the transaction, and then re-initiate a transfer with a higher gas cost.
How do I query my transactions using a block explorer
1）Open Bitget Wallet (Previously Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep)), click on the received token, enter the token details page, click the link, after entering the page, scan the code or click the icon at the bottom to view the details on the chain;
1）After entering the page, you can view the transaction status in [Status];
3）If the status is Success, but the assets have not arrived, you can manually add tokens on the wallet asset page. If the tokens are still displayed as zero, there are three possibilities:
①If the token has the same name, please confirm the contract address of the token, add the corresponding token address, and the assets will be displayed;
②If the wrong chain is mentioned, the EVM chain is often wrong. If other EVM chains are mentioned, just import the private key into the corresponding chain to retrieve the assets;
③The address is incorrectly filled in, the wrong address is filled in or the contract address of the Token is filled in. In this case, the owner of the address needs to be contacted, but the probability of recovery is extremely low.
Tip: Don’t panic if you haven’t received your account. From the exchange to the decentralized wallet, the essence is to transfer the assets to the chain. If the account is not received, it does not mean that your assets are lost.
