MegaSwap and its service agreement do not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the information on crypto websites, applications, and DApps. Therefore, MegaSwap shall not be liable for any consequences.

In addition, MegaSwap and its service agreement shall not be liable for any losses caused directly or indirectly by outdated information, network latency, Internet connectivity disruption, delay in data transfer, push notifications, and messages, and network faults. MegaSwap and the service agreement themselves are not involved in any of your trading activities.

Therefore, you must be prudent, identify the authenticity, legality, and effectiveness of digital assets and information, and bear the responsibilities and liabilities accordingly in the jurisdiction you belong to.

MegaSwap and is service agreement assist you in sharing to third parties the tokens you are interested in and information relevant to crypto exchanging (including by not limited to market trends and trading updates), so that you can use MegaSwap more easily for crypto swaps. When using the service, it is deemed by default that you have agreed to the service agreement and have authorized MegaSwap to submit trading information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, timeliness, integrity, reliability, quality, legality, availability, and security of any trading information providers, project operators, or receivers.

When using the service, MegaSwap may charge you with a service fee or transaction fee. Currently, you are exempted from the fees, but you have agreed to abide by the fee schedule which is published and updated at irregular intervals. When using services provided by a third party, the third party may charge you with service or transaction fees. The payment will be collected by the third party directly. Please refer to their fee schedule. You will also pay for the gas fee generated in on-chain transactions. In addition, when using the service agreement, you agree to the following terms:

You shall not engage in any illegal activities or purposes (including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmailing, extortion, funding terrorism, intellectual property right infringement, abuse of violence, and any illegal behavior prohibited by your local laws and regulations) through trading or the use of the service agreement. If any trading activities are found to have high risk, illegal purpose, or are in violation of laws based on the service agreement, MegaSwap reserves the right to report the trades with illegal conduct, turn in the swap data and subject information, and notify the law enforcement in the jurisdiction you belong to. If such incidents are found, MegaSwap reserves the right to suspend your access to the service. MegaSwap shall not be liable for any obligations or losses, and reserves the right to pursue accountability.

To use the service agreement, you should comply with the local regulations. If the country you are based in prohibits the use of similar services, your use of the service will not be protected and you alone will be liable for the consequential loss.

You agree and acknowledge that MegaSwap cannot control the price, exchange rate, delivery, quality, security, legality, and other liabilities and consequences of cryptocurrencies. You are at your own will to exchange and swap cryptocurrencies, and MegaSwap does not guarantee third-party cryptocurrency services, information, prices, and exchange rates.

You should be a qualified investor in compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the Agreement:

1. You are 18 years old or above, have full capacity for civil Rights and capacity for civil conduct, and have plenty of knowledge and experience to fully understand the nature of the products you are going to trade as well as the risks that may occur.

2. You own the assets in your Bitget account in compliance with the law. You are obliged to ensure the legal source and use of all your assets, and shall not carry out any illegal conduct directly or indirectly on Bitget.

3. Any crypto withdrawal address you provide belongs to you, and you have full control over the address.

4. You guarantee that you have attained the age of majority in the you belong to and have full legal capacity. You will need to bear the legal responsibilities and financial obligations when using MegaSwap. Bitget does not have the obligation to verify if you are qualified to use MegaSwap. If you are unqualified, Bitget shall not be liable for any consequences of you using MegaSwap.

12.In the course of using our services, the services provided by third parties may be applied from time to time. You are aware and agree that when you use the services provided by the third party, the third party may also charge you transaction fees and service fees, which are charged directly by the third party, and you can refer to information offered by the third party for details. You need to pay for the gas fees of blockchain on-chain transactions. We support cross-chain transactions of more than 220,000 tokens. Each transaction consists of multiple buy and sell steps. In the event of a failed transaction, USDT equal to the amount of the transaction will be returned to your wallet.

14. In the course of using our services, you shall comply with the laws of your region and its regulations. In the event that your country prohibits the use of the relevant services, your activities will not be protected and you will bear any losses suffered during this period.

15. You agree and acknowledge that we have no control over the price, exchange rate, delivery, quality, security, legality or other liabilities and consequences of any digital tokens and that you are free to exchange your tokens and convert them to other digital tokens and that we are not responsible to guarantee the services, information, price, exchange rate of third-party digital tokens.

16. Trading in digital assets carries a high level of risk and is therefore not suitable for the vast majority of people. You acknowledge and understand that investment in digital assets may result in partial or total loss of your investment and therefore you are advised to decide the amount of your investment on the basis of your loss-bearing capacity. You acknowledge and understand that digital assets may generate derivative risks. Therefore, if you have any doubt, you are advised to seek assistance from a financial adviser first. Furthermore, aside from the above-mentioned risks, there may also be unpredictable risks. Therefore, you are advised to carefully consider and use clear judgment to assess your financial position and the abovementioned risks before making any decisions on buying and selling digital assets.
