Why can't I register for the promotion?
1. Users who register for other trading promotions of the same type (such as the Bitget Trading Club Championship) are not eligible to register for this promotion.
2. You are not eligible to register for the promotion, as the account that has a referral relationship with you enjoys a special rebate rate.
3. Sub-accounts, institutional users, and market makers are not eligible to register for the promotion.
4. Only users from specific regions are eligible for part of this promotion. Refer to the promotion page for details.
Why is my trading volume not calculated?
1. The trading volume before registration will not be calculated.
2. All zero-fee trading pairs are excluded.
3. Trading volume generated using spot fee rebate vouchers or discount vouchers will be excluded from the promotion.
4. Margin trading, futures trading, copy trading, grid trading, and API trading are excluded.

When will incentives be distributed?
Incentives will be automatically distributed to your spot account within 1–3 working days after the promotion ends. You can check the distribution status under View History on the promotion page.
Terms and conditions
1. All participants must comply with Bitget's terms and conditions. Bitget reserves the right to disqualify any user from the promotion and confiscate their incentives in cases of fraudulent conduct, illegal activities (such as using multiple accounts to claim incentives), or other violations.
2. Bitget will conduct a review of all users and promptly disqualify those who employ any technical means, including but not limited to electronic, robotic, repetitive, or automated methods, for the purpose of automated or repeated participation.
3. Bitget reserves the right to amend, revise, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
